Booking conditions

Know the commercial terms before you commit

Prices are quoted in VND according to party size. Each tour clearly states what is included, such as transport, guiding, meals, entrance fees and boat services where applicable. Any compulsory charge not already included will be disclosed before a deposit is requested.

A minimum 60% deposit is required to confirm the tour. The remaining 40% is payable according to the conditions confirmed in the booking.

Cancellation and date-change terms must be provided in writing before the guest pays the deposit.

• Guests may request their preferred pick-up and drop-off points. VMF will confirm availability and quote any location-based surcharge in advance.
• Solo travellers are welcome on a private-tour basis. A 30% surcharge on private transfer costs applies under the approved policy.
• Children under 6 travel free when accompanying and sharing with both parents (two adults). Children aged 6–12 receive a 50% reduction under the same arrangement.
• Any compulsory third-party ticket, seat, meal or service charge must be confirmed before booking.
• English-speaking guiding is available at no extra charge.

Weather & programme changes

A real landscape requires a practical alternative

VMF experiences depend on weather, seasonality and real operating conditions.

If a significant change is required, VMF will discuss the available options with the guest, which may include adjusting the programme, changing the date or time, offering a comparable alternative, or adjusting the cost of services that cannot be provided.
