Why begin early
The wetland wakes before the heat
A strong Tram Chim day usually begins early so guests can experience cooler air, changing light and a quieter rhythm. The route is planned with current park access, water level, weather and guest ability.
Possible elements include cycling approximately 12–16 km in total, 2–3 km by hand-rowed boat, forest walking, interpretation with a local guide or ranger where arranged, a lotus-leaf rice meal and hammock rest.

Move, understand, eat and rest
The route avoids treating the park as a quick wildlife checklist. Interpretation connects birds, fish, grasses, melaleuca forest, fire and water management into one wetland system.
Cycle & observe
Move slowly enough to notice habitat changes, with distance adjusted to the group.
Row & listen
Use quieter waterways where current park operations and water levels permit.
Meal & forest rest
A simple local meal and unhurried rest complete the day when arranged.

Prices are quoted in VND according to party size. Each tour clearly states what is included, such as transport, guiding, meals, entrance fees and boat services where applicable. Any compulsory charge not already included will be disclosed before a deposit is requested.

- Guests may request their preferred pick-up and drop-off points. VMF will confirm availability and quote any location-based surcharge in advance.
- English-speaking guiding is available at no extra charge.
- A minimum 60% deposit is required to confirm the tour. The remaining 40% is payable according to the conditions confirmed in the booking.
- VMF experiences depend on weather, seasonality and real operating conditions.

Practical questions
Will I definitely see rare birds?
No wildlife sighting can be guaranteed. Season, weather, water, time and luck all matter; the value of the day is the whole wetland system.
Do I need to be a strong cyclist?
Tell VMF your comfort level. Distance and mode can be adjusted, but the confirmed route depends on current park conditions.
Is the tour suitable for children or older guests?
It can be adapted after discussing age, mobility, heat tolerance and water confidence.
How are price, inclusions and the deposit confirmed?
Published prices are based on party size. The confirmed quotation states the inclusions, any other compulsory charge and the payment conditions. A minimum 60% deposit is required; the remaining 40% follows the confirmed booking terms. Cancellation and date-change terms are provided in writing before the deposit is paid.
How are solo travel, children and pick-up or drop-off handled?
Guests may request pick-up and drop-off points, with any location-based surcharge quoted in advance. Solo guests travel on a private-tour basis with a 30% surcharge on private transfer costs. Children under 6 travel free and children aged 6–12 receive a 50% reduction when sharing with both parents; compulsory third-party charges are confirmed before booking.
