The food idea

“Pioneering memory of Dong Thap Muoi”

The table should feel generous, local and grounded rather than over-decorated. Ingredients are chosen from what farmers and the landscape can provide responsibly.

Bookable food experience

Cook and Eat the Season

Go beyond ordering a meal: meet local ingredients, prepare a suitable dish with a host and share the table. The exact activity is confirmed from the season, kitchen, group size and dietary needs.

Real dishes, honestly shown

A visual menu of local possibilities

These photographs show food prepared at VMF. They are examples rather than a fixed daily menu because ingredients and group needs change.

Cooking together

From local ingredient to a shared table

A small cooking session can connect lotus, field ingredients and family techniques. It is arranged in advance according to the kitchen, season and group.

Dietary confidence

Tell the kitchen before arrival

Vegetarian, allergy, child and low-spice needs require advance conversation. Please distinguish a preference from a medically necessary allergy. VMF does not claim to operate a controlled allergen-free kitchen.
