Can VMF guarantee capacity before dates are supplied?
No. Exact room allocation and group capacity are confirmed for specific dates so the partner does not sell an assumed configuration.
Can an itinerary be white-labelled?
Programme presentation can be discussed, but VMF’s role, local suppliers, seasonal conditions and guest-facing responsibilities must remain clear in the operating agreement.
Does VMF provide a full inbound ground operation?
VMF confirms which elements it coordinates directly and which require an agreed transport, guide or destination partner. The proposal separates those responsibilities.
